Highland cattle were originally bred in there Scottish Highlands and Western Isles. They are renowned for their hardiness which stands them in good stead for winter snow in the Cotswolds. This one may well be a film star as it belongs to the Cotswold Rare Breed Farm Park, featured on the BBC ‘Countryfile’ show.
